The Building Process

Pre-Qualify

Most everyone has a budget in mind. Either a total dollar amount or a monthly payment amount. We will help you find a suitable lender that meets your needs. You can fill out an application in our office. You can even fill out an application online and have it automatically sent to us. You may want to use your own bank. Pre-qualification is quick and easy.

Selecting Your Land

Do you want to live in the city? In the country? In a subdivision? We may have a lot that is just right for you. We also keep a listing of local property for sale that has been listed with the Realtor MLS service. You may already own property on which to build. our goal is to help you meet this need.

Selecting Your Floor Plan

We have many plans from which to choose. One story or two story; 1200 s.f. to 3200 s.f. or larger. Most of our plans come in several choices of elevations. We can add decks, porches, change roof lines, change windows, add doors, move walls and many numerous other combinations to make your home unique for you.This is where you get to choose your interior and exterior colors, roof colors, shutter styles and colors. Interior flooring, cabinet colors, counter top colors, wall colors and many other choices that we can complete right in our showroom.

Selecting Options

Site & Builders' Meeting

The construction manager in charge of building the home will meet with you on the property you have selected. You will decide together where to place the home on the property. Keeping in mind property setbacks and boundaries. You will then meet at the office to go over your floor plan and selections that you have made. This is the time to ask additional construction questions if you have any. The construction manager will be your liaison during the building process and will be your main contact source.

Build Your Home

We obtain building permits, septic tank permits and have you sign off on your finalized building plans we then begin construction of your home.


Warranty

After you move into your new home, your warranty begins. We have a Warranty Department that is dedicated to keeping our customers happy.

How Does Financing Work?

While financing is not our responsibility, we would be glad to help you find the lender that is right for you. We offer in-house financing for those who qualify.
